St. Joseph was the quiet protector of Mary and Jesus, yet he struggled often. St. Joseph was concerned when he found out Mary was pregnant and wanted to quietly divorce her, but when an angel told him to trust in the Lord, he did so and became the foster father of Jesus. St. Joseph is an incredible witness of faith. This charm is a nice reminder of what St. Joseph taught us: humility and trust in the Lord.
