Refund policy
Refund Policy: At Cedar House, our number one priority is that our customers find Catholic stuff that they love. You can shop confidently knowing that if you aren’t satisfied with your order, we’ll gladly refund it within 14 days of purchase, as long as it is in resalable condition, some restrictions apply below. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Non-refundable: Perishable goods, digital downloads, and personal care items are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: Please note that some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, such as framed artwork.
Final Sales: If a Product is labeled as a Final Sale, then no returns will be accepted.
Product Exchanges: We do not accept any product exchanges.
Return Procedures: To initiate your return, you must contact our customer service team at support@cedarhouse.co and we’ll give you any details you need about shipping back your order. We’re also available by phone at 1-800-526-2151, Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm EST. Returns are normally processed within a week after they arrive at our warehouse. It can take up to 3 weeks to process the refund to the payment account you used for your purchase.
Missing or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or missing from your order, please report the issue to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
