Our number one priority is that our customers find Catholic stuff that they love. At Cedar House, you can shop confidently knowing that if you aren’t totally satisfied with your order, we’ll gladly refund it within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in resalable condition (unopened) and meets our other return guidelines. If a product arrives damaged, please send us photo proof of the damage so that we can send a replacement.
Shipping charges, both original and for the return, are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee may apply to certain orders or products. Returns are normally processed within a week after they arrive at our warehouse, though it can take up to 3 weeks to receive the refund.
It is also important to note that personal care items and perishable goods (food items) are non-refundable, though we can replace items with proof of damage.
