Monastery Creamed Honey is made from locally sourced honey in the Shenandoah Valley. The Cistercian monks take the liquid honey and naturally crystallize it so that it thickens slightly, making it soft and spreadable. Creamed honey can be stored at room temperature and has an indefinite shelf-life.

Quality was amazing and consistent in the few tubs I purchased. Packaging is a little on the cheap side so not something I would likely gift if I cared about making a great impression but would absolutely recommend to friends looking for a solid product suggestion. Really enjoyed the cinnamon as well.
